Client Testimonial

“…I felt like I'd finally got to know myself. My work with Cleo took a route I hadn't expected but which I'm so grateful for. Without ever pushing me, her gentle guidance, kindness and wisdom gave me the courage to really explore. It's been eight months since I left but I still regularly call upon things that I discovered and found helpful during our sessions.”

Experience & Useful Information

  • Extensive experience as a psychotherapist, working with diverse clients in various public and private settings, including children, adults, parents, and couples.

  • Led both one-to-one sessions and large group workshops in corporate and educational contexts, helping individuals unlock their potential and facilitating team development.

  • Trained Higher Education lecturer in counselling and psychotherapy to adult students, providing a wealth of experience in teaching, mentoring, and supporting personal and professional growth.

  • Previous background in sales and marketing within the health and fitness industry, working in small independent businesses to large corporate organisations, which provided first hand experience in understanding the challenges and rewards of varied environments.
