What to Expect
Therapy offers a space that’s calm, confidential, and non-judgemental, where you can speak freely and at your own pace. Together, we’ll explore the thoughts, emotions, and experiences that may be keeping you stuck, anxious, or overwhelmed. You set the pace and the focus; I bring compassionate curiosity, theoretical insight, and a real relationship that supports deep change.
A Mirror for Honest Reflection
I often describe therapy as a mirror—one that helps you see yourself more clearly. Not just the parts you’re used to showing, but the hidden aspects: the stories, fears, and beliefs you might not even realise you're carrying. I’m here to walk alongside you as we bring those parts into the light, gently and without shame.
Insightful, Grounded & Theory-Informed
My approach is deeply relational. I listen closely to your emotional landscape and reflect what I hear with care and clarity. I also draw from frameworks like Attachment Theory, Transactional Analysis, and relational psychotherapy to help you understand your patterns in a broader human context. I offer psychoeducation throughout, because I believe that the more we understand ourselves, not just personally, but psychologically, the more freedom we have to grow.
Supportive Challenge When You Need It
Therapy isn’t always easy. Sometimes it asks you to face things you’ve avoided or outgrown. I’ll always meet you with empathy, but I’ll also gently challenge the patterns or defences that may be holding you back. Together, we’ll work towards a life that feels more grounded, connected, and true to you.
Online or in-person. Weekly or bi-weekly sessions.

A Safe Space for Two People to Be Heard
Couples often come to therapy feeling misunderstood, stuck in cycles of blame, silence, or reactivity. I create a space where both partners can feel heard—without judgement, interruption, or the pressure to be “right.” Together, we uncover what’s really going on underneath the surface, and how past experiences may be shaping current dynamics.
Bringing the Unspoken Into the Open
Every relationship has an invisible layer: the unspoken fears, unmet needs, and unconscious patterns that drive disconnection. In couples work, we explore those hidden dynamics so that what’s been ignored or misunderstood can finally be named and understood. This isn’t about blaming—it’s about making space for honesty, repair, and reconnection.
Relational Learning & Emotional Growth
Your partner is often the person who triggers your deepest vulnerabilities—and vice versa. That’s why this work involves learning: about yourself, your partner, and your shared dynamic. I draw on Attachment Theory, Transactional Analysis, and relational psychotherapy to help make sense of what’s happening—and how it can change. I also bring psychoeducation into sessions so you can better understand human behaviour and emotional regulation.
A New Way to Be in Relationship
Through therapy, couples often discover a new way of being with each other: more open, honest, emotionally attuned, and connected. This isn’t about fixing each other—it’s about learning how to stand side by side again, with greater awareness, compassion, and choice.
In-person or Online. Weekly or bi-weekly.

Book An Initial Session.
I provide all clients with an introductory session that is both affordable and without obligation. This session costs only £15 and is designed to facilitate our initial meeting and learn more about each other.
The primary objective of this session is for you to gauge whether I am the right therapist for you. I always encourage clients to trust their instincts when selecting a therapist since you will be working with this person regularly to explore difficult aspects of your life and relationships.
It's important that you feel comfortable and at ease with your chosen therapist, and this introductory session provides an opportunity to gain that sense of compatibility.
Moreover, this session enables me to understand your therapy goals and determine whether I can assist you in achieving them.
