Welcome to my therapy and coaching practice, based in the heart of Leamington Spa. As a Relational Trauma Therapist & Recovery Coach, I work with individuals and couples to solve relational difficulties and navigate the impact of relational trauma, narcissistic dynamics, emotional disconnection, addiction and generational patterns. Whether you're feeling stuck in your relationships, struggling with self-worth, or seeking to break free from old cycles, I offer a grounded and integrative approach to help you reconnect with your authenticity and create meaningful, lasting change.

My Approach

As a therapist and coach with a strong grounding in relational psychotherapy, I support individuals and couples in healing from relational trauma and restoring authentic connection to themselves and to others.

My work has evolved to focus deeply on the root of many modern day emotional struggles: disconnection. Whether through childhood trauma, narcissistic abuse, systemic dysfunction, or addiction, we lose access to our truth and capacity to connect meaningfully with ourselves and those around us.

I offer a therapeutic and coaching approach that helps people reclaim their inner voice, restore their boundaries, and experience healthy relational dynamics in their lives. Whether in your role as a partner, parent, leader, or simply as yourself, I support you in returning to a sense of inner wholeness and connection.
