Welcome to my therapy and coaching practice, based in the heart of Leamington Spa. As a Relational Trauma Therapist & Recovery Coach, I work with individuals and couples to solve relationship difficulties and navigate the impact of relational trauma, narcissistic dynamics, emotional disconnection, addiction, attachment issues and heal generational patterns.

I’m a qualified psychotherapist with nearly a decade of experience, specialising in relationships. I believe the foundation of a good life is the relationship you have with yourself and the ones you build around you.
My approach is compassionate yet honest, helping you uncover patterns that keep you stuck so you can create real change. Alongside therapy, I also offer workshops that provide a safe space to learn, grow, and explore new ways of relating.
