If you're wondering whether an intensive might be right for you, get in touch. We can have an initial session, talk through what's happening and work out together what might be the best way forward.

Intensive doesn’t mean intense. It means time and space to talk, regulate and reflect.

It gives you time to talk and explore the things that are difficult to talk about, without rushing or squeezing everything into an hour.

It’s a calmer, more spacious way to do the work, giving you room to reflect on the patterns that get in the way.

The aim isn’t just to talk about the hard things. It’s to do it in a way that helps you stay together while you do it.

Why an intensive might be right for you…

Perhaps you've been together for years and things have built up, conversations you've avoided, feelings that haven't been expressed or issues that never seem to get properly discussed. More time can create the space to slow down, feel safe and say what needs to be said.

01.

WHEN LIFE IS BUSY

You’re juggling work, children, family and competing schedules, and committing to a weekly appointment is difficult. An intensive gives you dedicated time to focus on your relationship without trying to fit it around everything else.

02.

WHEN THERE’S A LOT TO SAY

A betrayal, secrecy, a significant rupture or a difficult conversation may feel too big to manage on your own. An intensive gives you uninterrupted time and therapeutic support to approach what has happened together, at a pace that allows you both to stay engaged and regulated.

03.

SOMETHING NEEDS ATTENTION

You may be newly married, entering a new stage of your relationship or simply want to build a stronger foundation for the future. An intensive gives you time to explore your values, expectations, communication and the way you want to build your life together.

Client Testimonials

“…Cleo was welcoming, easy to speak with, and I immediately felt comfortable. Within a few sessions, we were exploring the root cause of my anxiety and the areas for me to focus on. Cleo helped me get to the bottom of what I needed to tackle and understand more about my emotional self. I'm over the moon that I was able to feel better, be at peace, and I was able to settle into my new job. Without Cleo, I would have continued to struggle each day whilst eroding my wellbeing…”

“…Cleo has helped me to better understand my emotions and feelings and how to deal with them. She has always made me feel comfortable and I was able to discuss my problems freely no matter how big or small.
