The Relationship Reset
A healing weekend to restore, regulate and reconnect.
The Relationship Reset
Step away from the everyday.
Come back to yourself.
Find your way back to each other.
Sometimes, what a relationship needs isn't another conversation about what's going wrong. It's the time and space to slow down, listen differently and reconnect with what lies beneath the patterns you find yourselves repeating.
The Relationship Reset is a guided weekend for couples who want to make space for themselves and their relationship. A chance to step outside the demands of everyday life and explore how you relate to yourself, how you experience one another, and what might become possible when you begin to listen more deeply.
Through guided meditation, reflective journalling, therapeutic exploration and shared experiences, you'll be invited to slow down, become more aware of your inner world and discover new ways of connecting.
This isn't about fixing everything in a weekend. It's about creating the space for something to shift.
A different kind of relationship experience
Relationships can become caught in familiar patterns. The same conversations, the same frustrations, the same feelings of distance or disconnection.
We can become so focused on what's happening between us that we lose touch with what's happening within us.
Our protective patterns, our unspoken needs, our early experiences of love and connection can all influence how we show up in our relationships today.
The Relationship Reset offers an opportunity to pause and explore these experiences in a different way.
Rather than spending the weekend simply talking about your difficulties, you'll be gently guided through experiences that invite you to turn towards yourself, become curious about your inner world and meet each other with greater awareness.
There is space for reflection, silence, conversation and discovery. Nothing needs to be forced, and there is no expectation that you meditate perfectly, find the right words or arrive at any particular conclusion.
You are invited to come as you are.
Your Weekend Together
Friday evening — Arrive and settle
Create space. Set an intention. Begin to slow down.
We begin by stepping away from the pace and demands of everyday life.
You'll have time to settle into the space, reflect on what has brought you here and consider what you would like to give attention to during the weekend.
Through a gentle guided meditation, reflective journalling and shared intention-setting, you'll begin to turn your attention inwards and create space for the experience ahead.
There is no need to have everything figured out. Simply an opportunity to arrive, as individuals and as a couple.
Saturday — Explore and reconnect
Turn inwards. Discover something new. Meet each other differently.
Saturday is an invitation to explore the inner experiences that shape the way you relate.
Through guided meditation, visualisation, journalling and therapeutic exercises, we'll explore the feelings, needs and protective patterns that can influence our relationships.
You may be invited to reflect on earlier experiences of connection, notice the different parts of yourself that emerge when you feel vulnerable, or become curious about the ways you respond when you feel hurt, misunderstood or disconnected.
You'll have opportunities to explore these experiences privately before choosing what you would like to share with your partner.
Guided partner exercises will help you practise listening without immediately responding, expressing yourself with greater awareness and making room for each other's experience.
There will also be time to pause, rest and let things settle. This isn't a day of constant talking or activity. The space between the exercises matters, too.
Sunday morning — Integrate and reconnect
Notice what has emerged. Consider what you want to nurture.
The final morning offers time to reflect on your experience and what you want to carry forward.
Through a closing meditation, personal reflection and guided conversation, you'll have the opportunity to acknowledge what you've discovered, what feels important and what you want to bring into your relationship moving forward.
You don't need to leave with all the answers.
The intention is to leave with a deeper awareness of yourselves, a greater understanding of one another and a renewed sense of possibility for your relationship.
What makes this different?
The Relationship Reset brings together relational therapy and guided, experiential practices in a way that allows you to explore your relationship beyond words alone.
Guided meditation and inner awareness
Learn to pause, notice what's happening within you and listen to your own experience without the pressure to make it quiet or get it right.
Reflective journalling
Explore your thoughts, feelings and questions in your own way. Write, draw, make connections or simply notice what emerges.
Therapeutic exploration
Gently explore the protective patterns, early experiences and unspoken needs that can influence how you relate to one another.
Guided connection
Take part in carefully facilitated exercises that invite you to listen, share and experience one another with greater curiosity and openness.
Space to simply be
Time to pause, reflect and allow the experience to unfold without needing to turn every moment into a conversation or a solution.
Who is the Relationship Reset for?
This weekend may be right for you if:
You love one another but feel caught in familiar patterns.
You want to understand yourselves and your relationship more deeply.
You find yourselves reacting to each other in ways you don't fully understand.
You want to reconnect with your own needs while becoming more attuned to your partner.
You are navigating a transition or simply want to invest in your relationship.
You are curious about a more reflective, experiential approach to relationship work
You don't need to be in crisis to benefit from dedicated time together. Sometimes, the most valuable thing we can do for a relationship is to give it our attention before distance becomes the norm.
The weekend is not intended as a substitute for specialist support where there is active abuse, coercive control or significant instability. We'll arrange an initial conversation to explore whether this experience is appropriate for you both.
